How do I choose the right disc for my skill level?
Beginners should look for 'understable' discs with lower speed ratings (speeds 1-7) to help achieve straighter flights. Advanced players often prefer 'overstable' discs that can handle higher torque and power.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I return a disc if I have already thrown it?
To be eligible for a full refund, discs must be in brand-new, unthrown condition with original tags. We cannot accept returns on discs that show signs of use, scuffing, or ink markings.
Are the colors and weights of the discs guaranteed?
We strive to list exact weights and colors. However, due to the manufacturing process, slight variations in plastic swirl or weight (within +/- 2 grams) may occur.
Do you offer bulk discounts for clubs or tournaments?
Yes, we offer special pricing for bulk orders of 25 discs or more. Please contact our support team with your tournament details for a custom quote.
